The Role:

Good Work Partners are seeking a Customer Service Team Manager with proven experience excellent communication skills to join one of our partner brands located in their Solihull head office.

As Customer Service Team Manager you and your team will deliver comprehensive support to nationwide customers within vehicle management. This includes extending bookings, handling vehicle service and maintenance requests, assisting with payments, processing fines and penalties, and providing in-person walkarounds with detailed vehicle condition reports. Additionally, the team supports technical queries and completes the rental check-out process.


  • Develop your team of customer service representatives
  • Oversee all customer service activities
  • Communicate and motivate all team members
  • Ensure a smooth operational process whilst striving for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet defined targets and seek to implement improvements in performance and productivity


  • Ideally 3-5 years experience in customer service manager role preferably in the vehicle rental or insurance industries
  • Proven track record leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
