Employment Specialist x3 (Birmingham & Solihull)
Good Work Partners are seeking Employment Advisers who can assist and support individuals throughout the community to access long term employment opportunities.
Our client thrives on supporting those who require a little more help than usual to secure sustainable employment across the Birmingham region.
Although you’ll be part of a team, this role requires you (at times) to work autonomously; managing your own schedule and workload, liaising with external stakeholders including healthcare professionals and deliver an unparalleled service whilst exceeding achievable KPI targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong collaborative relationships with clinical health teams – including NHS GPs, Practice Managers and Community Partners and Health Teams across Birmingham, UK
- Deliver an outstanding service to your end users.
- Source sustainable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain employer relationships.
- Assess the needs of each individual you support and maintain a professional relationship at all times.
- Manage the full process of securing employment opportunities from start to finish.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance when managing data.
- Work to KPI targets
The Ideal Applicant:
- Birmingham based.
- Own transport (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic with a focused approach to work.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- High level of optimism.
- Proactive in exceeding targets.
