The Role:

Good Work Partners are working with a well-established organisation who are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Administrator who us highly organised and keeps excellent attention to detail to join their busy sales team based in Birmingham City Centre.


  • Provide an accurate and efficient administration service
  • Sending out sales orders to customers
  • Order processing of sales invoices
  • Checking stock availability
  • Placing orders through the internal IT system
  • Updating internal sales teams


  • Friendly, confident communicator who is self-motivated, well organised and has good attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a similar customer relationship management role
  • Experienced in administering data and following processes accurately.
  • Experienced in using computer systems and ideally CRM software.

The Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000
  • Full time, permanent role
  • Office based – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • 25 Days annual leave
